- Joe BFeb, 18 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The staff are not completely honest when they help you so be careful. One team member told me I couldn't switch my tablet line to a phone line and instead had to create a new line and pay the activation fee then cancel the other line. After I did this I called phone Support and they informed me that this is possible and most likely the employee recommended I do it that way so he could get a bigger commission.
