  I've been going to the capitola McDonald's since my children were 4&5 years old now they are 30& 32 years old. The employees are great and awesome and the restaurant is always clean that's the only McDonald's I go too

  Horrible service. Still waiting for my families meal that was ordered 20 minutes ago. Have seen 4 people come back multiple times where their orders were not correct and the gal running service made no apology and acted like she was being inconvenienced. The order status 3 of the five that came back with order issues audibly said “Terrible service” or a negative comment about the service. Management should be aware and address. No drive through here. A bit of a mess. Not coming back.
